I asked BB's parents if we could FaceTime over Christmas... it was so much fun! Open adoption has led to a lot of experiences I never thought I would get to have, like watching her open Christmas presents :) She knows what Santa says and all kinds of barn animals and is walking.. this girl is on the move! She tells stories and loves to sing.
My family was able to get in on the fun.

Sarah got me a really awesome map of the world for Christmas, you put pins in all of the places you have visited. I loved the idea so much that I customized one for BB and per parents with their last name. It also quoted, "oh! The place you'll go!"

BB's parents sent us the best gifts ever! Anything that relates to her is an automatic reason to celebrate in our house:
We all have a trip planned for early march to hang out in St. Louis. It will give BB the opportunity to meet her Great Grandma Jerry and Great Grandpa Rich and Great Aunt Jan :) I can't wait to see them!
